Raccon
Raccoons are small mammals which can reach 65 centimeters and their tail can reach 35 centimeters, they are long and thick fur. Their weight is 3 to 10 kilos. Raccoons are excellent swimmers. There are many of them in USA. It's more usually to see a raccoon at the city, than a dog or a cat! Thousands of raccoons are killed every years by cars etc. They visit houses secretly and steal things! Did you know that when raccoon steal things or food, sometimes they walk on 2 feet? Actually, this is true! For this reason, people don't use to love them, and they call them thieves. People behave them like they are thieves. Raccoons are very active at night. During winter in cold northen climates, raccoons sleep for extended periodes, although, they don't actually hibernate. To prepare for cold winters, raccoons collect energy in order to search for food when it's too cold. They can eat fruits, nuts, seeds, birds' eggs and plants. They hunt fish, frogs and crayfish.
