Bears

Today we will learn about bears. Let's start with brown bears. Brown bears can live 50 years, they weigh about 780 kilos and they can reach 3 meters. They live in north America, north Europe (they also live in Greece, but they are endangered) and in North Asia. Which is the smallest and commonest bear in America? The answer is the American black bear. This animals can live 25 years, it weighs about 300 kilos, and they can reach 1.8 meters. That's why it's the smallest bear in America. Bear of honey/Sloth bear can live 40 years, it weighs about 145 kilos and they can reach 1.8 meters. This bear can close its nostrils! Which is the bear which eats bamboos? Giant pandas aren't considered as bears by all scientists. Giant pandas can live about 27 years, they weigh 70 to 160 kilos and they can reach 1.5 to 2 meters. There is a very rare specie of bear, Kermode bear. These bears are very rare. We don't know many things about them. I just know that Kermode bears are white. The most species of bear are endangered.
